Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of backend systems, infrastructure, and integrations
Design, build, and operate scalable, production-ready distributed systems
Translate customer feedback and internal requirements into well-scoped technical solutions
Serve as a technical resource for the team by helping unblock issues, troubleshoot bugs, and follow established engineering playbooks
Partner closely with founders, product, and customer success to continuously improve the customer experience
Contribute to the evolution of our AI systems, including pipeline reliability, prompt refinement, and operational improvements
Qualification
Required
4 - 8 years of experience as a fullstack software engineer working on backend systems
Experience at an early stage startup before (pre- Series C)
Experience with the logistics industry
Strong backend skills and experience with building integrations and data-pipelines – Go or Python preferred
Strong product engineer - building directly for the end user (not just working on internal tools)
Experience with infrastructure as code and observability tools
Interest in incorporating AI (e. g. , LLMs, RAG)
