Responsibilities
Manage all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and collections
Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Lead annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning
Monitor cash flow, reserves, and financial performance
Maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with laws and governing documents
Support investment oversight, insurance management, and reserve studies
Collaborate with executive leadership and the Board on financial reporting and strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
7+ years of accounting experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency
Preferred
CPA preferred
