Responsibilities

Perform general administrative tasks and office support
Edit, print, and manage documents/paperwork
Handle communication and documentation via Outlook and Word
Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
Work with provided design templates
Support graphic and layout needs for internal/external materials
Assist with planning broker events and photography sessions
Coordinate with multiple brokers and stakeholders
Organize desk/workspace and ensure smooth office operations
Assist visitors with sign-in and paperwork
Answer general inquiries and provide client-facing support

Required

Strong organizational skills
Experience working in an office environment
Ability to multitask across administrative and creative responsibilities
Software Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
Software Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Software Skills: Outlook & email management
Software Skills: Basic computer functions
Experience: 3–5 years in Client Care Coordinator or Administrative roles
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent professional experience considered)
