Senior LevelCall Quest Solution is seeking a Senior AI/ML Research Scientist to join an advanced R&D team focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI. This role emphasizes hands-on research and real-world application—designing, customizing, and deploying AI solutions for mission-critical use cases.

Conduct R&D in Generative AI and LLM applications
Design and implement Agentic AI frameworks
Build, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models
Translate research into production-ready software
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Contribute across the full AI development lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in AI/ML research and model development
Python proficiency (required)
Hands-on experience working with LLMs at the API level
Live coding with AI tool/function-calling APIs during interview
Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks
Solid software engineering skills: Linux, Git, CI/CD, Docker, PostgreSQL
Foundational knowledge of AWS
Preferred
Peer-reviewed AI/ML publications (strongly preferred)
PyTorch or TensorFlow
AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., Claude Code)
Model Context Protocol (MCP), multi-modal agents
Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS Bedrock
C, C++, or JavaScript experience
