Brand Designer

They are seeking a Brand Designer to shape the company's visual identity through high-quality design across various platforms. The role involves collaborating with different teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence as the company scales.

Responsibilities
Visual Brand Ownership: Own the visual execution of Northwood’s brand, maintaining a high standard of clarity, originality, and signal across all external touchpoints while adapting design appropriately for different audiences
Multi-Disciplinary Design Execution: Design across formats including web, socials, presentations, announcements, and marketing materials. Move fluidly between layout, typography, and sketches as needed
Systems, Templates, and Scale: Build and maintain brand guidelines, creating and owning templates for external communications including slide decks, one-pagers, and announcements
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual design
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, brand, and graphic design work
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Experience designing for web and social platforms
Preferred
Startup experience or interest in hard tech, aerospace, infrastructure, or national security is a plus
