They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Systems Analyst to support operational tasks across Oracle EPM applications and related financial systems, focusing on driving efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.

Responsibilities

Perform metadata updates across all financial systems to ensure consistency and compliance
Conduct completeness and accuracy checks to maintain audit readiness
Maintain system documentation and process guides for internal controls
Track team tasks and prepare reports on effectiveness and progress
Support UAT and SIT testing for system enhancements and updates
Assist Sr. Analyst with ePBCS-related tasks and configurations
Update and maintain reports across all systems for financial and operational needs
Execute daily period-close tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing
Monitor and report on key variances within financials to support decision-making
Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency within financial systems

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred

1–2 years of experience in financial systems support or related role preferred
Familiarity with Oracle EPM applications (ePBCS, ePCM) is a plus
Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate finance processes
