Responsibilities
Support the design and production of creative assets across digital, social, web, email, retail, and print
Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional partners to execute on brand campaigns and product launches
Create and adapt layouts, graphics, and visual systems within established brand guidelines
Assist with updates and versioning of assets for global markets
Organize and maintain design files and components within Figma and internal systems
Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas with a strong eye for detail and craft
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of graphic design experience
Strong working knowledge of Figma (required)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
A solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and manage multiple projects at once
A portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern design and strong fundamentals
Preferred
Interest in sports, wellness, performance, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Experience supporting digital marketing or e-commerce assets
Familiarity with motion, basic animation, or social-first design
Experience working within a fast-paced, in-house creative team
