The Step-In Coordinator will organize and execute program activities to foster personal and academic growth, ensuring a supportive environment for participants.

Organizing and executing program activities aimed at fostering the personal and academic growth of participants
Engaging with program participants, volunteers, and stakeholders
Ensuring that activities are implemented seamlessly
Creating a supportive and enriching environment for young girls
Inspiring and motivating participants to reach their full potential
Contributing significantly to the positive impact Charleston Hope has on the lives of the girls served
Qualification
Required
Must have interest to work in education, nonprofit programming, mental/behavioral health, or community development programs
Must have experience in a relevant field or training
Experience and/or training in racial equity and inclusion; if none – must be willing to have extensive training upon hiring
Experience creating a safe and inclusive space for a diverse community of stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong computer skills and meeting apps, including Google Drive, Monday.com and Zoom
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
