Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day electrical construction execution on a large, multi-trade jobsite
Coordinate electrical subcontractors, crews, and vendors to maintain schedule and quality
Oversee electrical installation activities including conduit, cable tray, power distribution, grounding, and terminations
Ensure work is performed to code, drawings, specs, and safety standards
Interface closely with project management, planning, safety, and client reps
Resolve field issues, sequencing conflicts, and scope clarifications in real time
Support inspections, testing, and readiness for commissioning
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading electrical construction on large industrial, data center, utility, or infrastructure projects
Strong field leadership background (CM, Superintendent, or Electrical Supervisor level)
Solid understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and construction sequencing
Experience managing subcontractors and enforcing quality & safety expectations
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability site environment
