Responsibilities
Align with business partners to design and maintain analytics roadmap and milestones
Understand and quantify operational efficiency metrics
Become the knowledge center. You will manage your learning agenda to identify and gather relevant data, accumulate insights, and provide recommendations for operational excellence
Design, implement, and report on item data throughout our receiving, authentication, launch and outbound flow
Support operation strategy by providing relevant and high quality insights
Partner with business owners to ensure the implementation of the strategy and track its progress
Provide key product health measurements and reporting to support the business on a daily basis
Communicate product insights to business partner teams and leadership
Partner with other internal analytics teams to create a streamlined and consolidated analytics
Qualification
Required
8+ years years analytics experience
5+ years people management experience
Expert in SQL
5+ years of experience with BI tools such as microstrategy, tableau, looker etc
Expert in translating between practical problems and technical formulations and solutions
Proven ability to design and implement time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of the findings
Proven track record of thriving with ambiguity
Ability to travel up to 5%
Preferred
eCommerce or logistics industry experience preferred
