Estimate the Projects
Manage the Projects: schedule, monitor budgets, and timelines to meet client and regulatory requirements
Manage work crews to ensure safety, productivity, and quality work
Control costs and reporting by tracking budgets, change orders, and progress updates
Oversee risk and quality by resolving issues quickly and enforcing standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Construction Science highly desired
5+ year of Construction Project Management experience
You must be located in Chicago or be willing to move yourself to Chicago
5+ years of Commercial Construction Self-Perform experience PLUS significant experience in one of the following sectors: Concrete Repair & Restoration, Traffic Coatings & Repair, Parking Garage Structural & Concrete Repairs, Waterproofing, Above & Belowgrade, Historical Renovations, Facade Repairs
Software Competencies: ProEst, Procore, OST, Bluebeam
