Responsibilities
Under general direction, plans and implements process improvement activities in support of client and industry best practices
Supports, leads and coordinates projects to improve performance, quality, efficiency and/or cost
Establishes and monitors key performance indicators
Ensures projects are rolled out and delivered according to milestones, budget and other relevant factors
Coordinates site wide project activities with other sites/functions in global client network
Coaches on use of re-engineering techniques to drive improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
5+ years' experience in process management
Demonstrated success in project management and continuous improvement processes
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
Preferred
Six sigma certification/training
