Qualification
Required
Experience with a high-volume practice
Regardless of location, must have a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in the United States
Must possess 2+ years of Immigration law experience. Preferably with experience in about half of the following case-types - Fiancé & family-based immigration cases, 601/A Waivers, Naturalization, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, E-2 Business Visas, O-1Visas, Asylum, VAWA, U Visas, T Visas
Excellent writing and communication skills are required
Proven history of meticulous work product, strong attention to detail
Must be able to set priorities and exercise good judgment
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
Prior law firm experience is required
