Responsibilities

Support mailroom and print operations, including sorting, distribution, and basic print production
Serve as a floor host assisting with reception coverage and catering setup/breakdown
Deliver high-touch customer service in fast-paced, professional office environments
Assist with hospitality and meeting support as needed
Maintain strong relationships with clients through professionalism, enthusiasm, and reliability
Travel between client sites as business needs require
Be open to training and learning new systems and processes

Required

Prior customer service experience required
Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a strong service mindset

Print and/or mailroom experience preferred, but training will be provided
