Lead/StaffLTIMindtree is seeking an experienced .NET Azure Lead to design, develop, and lead cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The role involves guiding teams, defining architecture, and ensuring best practices in cloud development and security.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using .NET technologies
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring coding standards and best practices
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
Oversee application deployment, monitoring, and optimization in Azure
Ensure security, identity management, and compliance across applications
Drive CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core
Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks: Angular OR React OR Blazor
Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure
Strong knowledge of Azure services including: Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Event Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Logic Apps
Experience with Azure Infrastructure (IaaS / PaaS)
Strong understanding of Azure identity and access management, including: Azure CIAM (Cloud-based Identity and Access Management)
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Preferred
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
