Responsibilities
Be a primary partner providing advice and support to the Chief Executive Officer and other corporate leaders to make informed strategic, operational, and financial decisions
Develop operational strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives and execute
Lead the Finance, IT, Facilities, and Legal functions
Ensure the financial performance of the business meets company goals
Partner with other executives to achieve the company's objectives
Provide performance reports and metrics to the Executive Leadership Team regularly
Cultivate a customer-centric approach within the business, ensuring operational models meet customer needs
Seek opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and acquisitions
Drive operational excellence and instill a culture of transparency and continuous improvement with robust operating disciplines
Maintain exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and responsiveness
Establish performance metrics and KPIs for individual and team accountability
Qualification
Required
Senior Executive with Full P&L Responsibility: Successful track record as a CFO responsible for operations, including IT, Facilities, and Legal, in addition to Finance, in a business at scale
Demonstrated capability in driving successful business execution resulting in market share growth
Growth Orientation: Track record of building a business or a division through growth
Ability to dig in and be hands-on with a high degree of sophistication, execution, and experience to grow with the company
Broad P&L management experience, including responsibility for Finance, IT, Facilities, and Legal functions
Experience operating in companies with global manufacturing
International experience. International accounts for approximately $500M+ revenue
Preferred
Digital infrastructure industry experience is a plus, but not required
