Responsibilities
Assist in building responsive web experiences (microsites, landing pages, banner ads, emails, IVAs)
Translate Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud files (Illustrator, Photoshop) into clean, scalable components
Help maintain and improve existing builds, bug fixes, enhancements, and features
Package, test, and version content for platforms like Veeva, IQVIA, SharePoint, etc
Participate in code reviews, QA cycles, and documentation standards
Work within modern dev workflows: Agile, ticketing systems, Git, and structured handoffs
Collaborate across dev, design, producers, and creative teams to bring concepts to life
Explore new tools, frameworks, and technologies, and share your findings
Qualification
Required
A graduating senior (2026) or a junior (graduating 2027) with an innovative, logical, and problem-solving mindset
You are a dependable, self-motivated professional who thrives in a hybrid schedule, with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and required on-site presence in our Chicago office Tuesdays through Thursdays
Curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how modern digital builds come together
Always curious in emerging tech and smarter ways to work, experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and creative approaches
Stay curious about how digital experiences evolve
Bring ideas that push our work forward, smarter workflows, cleaner builds, better UX
Aren't afraid to test something new to see if it improves the output
Experience building responsive/adaptive interfaces
Solid programming fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js
Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Understanding of Agile development and object-oriented programming concepts
Comfortable using Git-based workflows (Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab)
Ability to convert Figma + Adobe layouts into functional components
Understanding of accessibility, performance optimization, and clean code standards
Execute creative ideas with accuracy and attention to detail
Help prototype early concepts or interactive models
Recommend technical approaches that fit the medium/platform
Collaborate well across developers, UX, producers and creative partners
Assist in defining programming needs based on functionality + UX/design requirements
QA your own work before handoff to formal testing
Document your work clearly and consistently
Preferred
Experience with enterprise platforms like Veeva (including IVAs), IQVIA, SharePoint, WordPress, AEM, Drupal
Interest in emerging technologies: AI tools, automation, motion frameworks, interactive storytelling, etc
API integration experience or interest in learning it
Familiarity with digital production or agency workflows
Exposure to iOS/Android development
