Remote Appointment Setter/Closer
Atomic Enrollment is a rapidly growing, 7-figure marketing agency that works exclusively with education organizations across the U.S. They are looking for a Commission-Based Sales Representative to join their growing sales team, starting in an appointment-setting role and progressing into closing calls. The role involves booking qualified prospects, maintaining records in CRM, and collaborating with the sales leadership team.

Responsibilities
Start in an appointment-setting role, booking qualified inbound prospects for sales calls
Progress into running discovery and closing calls once trained and approved
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM workflows
Maintain accurate records of activity, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
Collaborate with the Director of Sales and leadership team to improve book rates
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing (agency or high-ticket experience preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on calls
Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a proven process
Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
Comfortable in a commission-based compensation structure
Must be based in the US
