Responsibilities

Perform and support high-volume reconciliations related to loan and lease accounting
Reconcile balances and transactional activity across loan systems and the general ledger
Analyze data across multiple source systems to identify and resolve reconciling items
Support the implementation and configuration of BlackLine
Participate in UAT, data validation, and testing activities
Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams in a highly collaborative environment
Ensure reconciled data supports monthly certifications and regulatory requirements
Provide hands-on support in a fast-paced, project-driven engagement

Qualification

Banking industry experienceReconciliation expertiseLoanLease accountingSQL experienceGeneral ledger systemsData analysis skillsUATTesting experienceCross-functional collaboration

Required

Banking or financial services industry experience
Strong background in reconciliations and accounting systems
Experience with loan and lease accounting
Experience supporting system implementations or conversions
Strong data analysis skills; SQL experience preferred
Hands-on UAT and testing experience
Functional understanding of general ledger systems (PeopleSoft exposure a plus)
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
Hands-on experience valued over formal degree requirements
