Responsibilities
Learn core business processes related to safety compliance and waiver management
Regularly update and maintain a comprehensive database of existing waivers, including expiration dates
Identify opportunities for waiver renewal or extension and provide timely reminders to the team
Assist with data analytics and reporting projects using tools like Tableau
Provide operational support to department business group members
Build and strengthen a network of professional contacts across the company
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
College credits equivalent to one (1) year toward an undergraduate degree
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate organization, prioritization and time/project management skills
Preferred
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel and/or Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to ask questions and learn
Ability to think critically, evaluate various options and make decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
