In this key role, you will support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Wisdom applications, enhancing clinical and administrative workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead the end‐to‐end implementation of the Epic Wisdom system and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and best practices
Work with clinical staff, IT professionals, and business analysts to gather requirements and customize the system to meet business needs
Configure Epic Wisdom modules and implement system customizations to optimize performance and usability
Develop and deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and internal teams
Provide daily support for the Epic Wisdom application, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements
Participate in system upgrades, new module introductions, and feature enhancements to support operational continuity
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Epic Wisdom with other healthcare systems and infrastructure
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, customizations, and best practices
Communicate implementation progress, system improvements, and issue resolutions to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst with expertise in Epic Wisdom
Epic Wisdom certification required; candidates with Epic Ambulatory certification plus Wisdom project experience and a pathway to certification may be considered
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with analytics tools and understanding of user‐focused design and data visualization
Familiarity with Epic applications and a solid understanding of system build, end‐user workflows, and usage patterns
Preferred
Experience with healthcare information systems in a clinical setting is a plus
