Junior Accountant

Responsibilities
Monthly/weekly reconciliations (Ex. Customer Deposits, Cash, Inventory, intercompany, etc.)
Supporting the month end close process (pre-close checks/balances, assist with module close, post-close financial reporting etc.)
Help with filing monthly sales tax returns
Dropship inventory review
Assist with monthly sales commission statements (80+ salesman)
Monthly recurring journal entries
Assisting with annual audits (Bank, Fiscal, and Tax)
Ad hoc reporting
Preform all other related duties as assigned to support the finance department – This is a developmental role
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Perform related duties as required
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of accounting experience
Comfort in Microsoft Suite programs (VLOOKUP capability is a must)
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and organization
Strong attention to detail and superior team works skills are a must
