Business Development Manager – Structured Cabling & Data Center Market
DataStrait Networks is a leading provider of structured cabling and data center infrastructure solutions. The company is seeking a Business Development / Sales Professional to drive growth in the eastern Wisconsin market, focusing on building relationships and expanding their footprint in commercial and enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial, enterprise, and data center markets
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, low-voltage contractors, and end users
Promote structured cabling solutions, including copper and fiber optic systems, server racks, cabinets, power, and related products
Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to support client requirements and project delivery
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets
Track market trends and competitive activity to identify new areas of opportunity
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the structured cabling, data center, or low-voltage industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Solid understanding of network infrastructure products and installation practices
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven, results-oriented approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team
Preferred
RCDD accreditation or similar technical credentials is a plus
