Client Success Manager
SmartSites is a young, energetic, and innovative digital media agency. They are seeking a Client Success Manager to act as the lead point of contact for assigned clients, understand client objectives, and translate them into multi-channel strategies while coordinating with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Understand client objectives and translate them into multi-channel strategies
Coordinate with internal teams to plan and deliver campaigns on time and within budget
Provide regular reporting, insights, and optimizations to improve performance
Foster strong, long-term client relationships and advocate for their success
Monitor client satisfaction and manage expectations
Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling services
Track hours and ensure client profitability and scope alignment
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing account management
1+ years of experience in an agency setting
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media (strategically, not necessarily execution)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, etc
Project management skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines
