SaaS Account Executive
Open Letter Marketing is seeking a SaaS Account Executive to own and scale revenue for their API-driven direct mail automation platform, Open Letter Connect. The role involves full-cycle SaaS sales, including prospecting, demos, and account expansion, while collaborating with various teams to enhance the platform's sales motion.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle SaaS sales: outbound, inbound, discovery, demos, proposals, closing, and expansion
Build and manage a predictable pipeline with clean forecasting and deal hygiene
Drive net new MRR, usage growth, and long-term account expansion
Qualify for technical fit, integration readiness, and economic buyer alignment
Sell API-driven workflows, automation, integrations, and platform value — not just print pricing
Translate customer workflows into product solutions
Confidently engage with technical stakeholders (RevOps, Product, Engineering, Automation teams)
Support light solution design and proof-of-concept validation
Drive wallet expansion, usage growth, and long-term account value
Identify automation opportunities inside existing accounts
Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn and improve activation
Qualification
Required
4–8+ years of SaaS sales experience (closing experience required)
Proven history of hitting or exceeding quota in a SaaS environment
Comfortable selling technical products (API, integrations, workflows, platforms)
Strong discovery skills — understands business problems before pitching solutions
Data-driven, organized, and process-oriented (CRM hygiene matters here)
Comfortable operating in an early-stage / evolving environment
Preferred
Experience selling into SMB → Mid-Market buyers
Experience with martech, automation platforms, APIs, or direct mail
