Responsibilities
Support the training and implementation of a Child Welfare Information System (CWIS) by analyzing functionality, developing classroom facilitator-led solutions, and creating eLearning courses
Collaborate with training leads, business/Agile teams, developers, and SMEs to design materials, maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates/scripts, and deliver engaging training for Child Welfare program administrators
Facilitate in-person, virtual, and webinar sessions for adult learners at all levels
Qualification
Required
3+ years in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners
3+ years understanding social services programs (county/regional/state level)
3+ years experience with business analysis, MS Office Suite, LMS technology (Moodle, XML, HTML), and computer-based training design
Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Visio or similar tools
Experience leading in-person, virtual, and webinar training sessions
Strong skills in interactive content creation, learner evaluation, and classroom training processes
Preferred
NC FAST/NC Medicaid knowledge (2+ years), software/hardware support, web technology, and clear communication with diverse groups
