Responsibilities
Perform and document first article, in-process, and final inspection of product
Monitor quality of product manufactured and completes required check sheets
Perform CMM testing as required and reacts to any nonconformances
Perform dimensional and functional testing, enter required data into SPC database (Quality America), and react to any nonconformances
Report and document nonconformance or potential problems relating to the quality of product
Perform essential duties following the Quality Management System and cGMP
Assist in audits of product, documentation, and processes
Perform sorting and rework when necessary
Assist in the training of Inspector Packers and observes their performance for verification
Ensure that machine safety devices are not altered or defected
Ensures that all safety procedures are followed
Must always use correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job
Qualification
Required

A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Must be detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to promote a team atmosphere in the department and in other production-based areas
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, self-starter, and high initiative
