Qualification
Required
Have a genuine network of accredited investors, entrepreneurs, or real estate enthusiasts (not just LinkedIn connections. People who take your calls)
Understand tokenization, SAFTs, and why someone would buy into a community early
Can articulate a vision without sounding like a pitch deck
Are comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage chaos
Want to build something, not just collect a retainer
