Responsibilities
Coordinate and Support Organizational Services: Manage services that enable efficient organizational operations, including secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning, and travel
Information and Data Processing: Oversee information and data processing functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Mail and Materials Management: Handle mail distribution, materials scheduling, and distribution to ensure smooth workflow
Printing and Reproduction: Manage printing and reproduction services to support organizational needs
Records Management: Ensure proper records management and compliance with organizational policies
Telecommunications Management: Oversee telecommunications systems to ensure effective communication within the organization
Security and Parking: Coordinate security and parking services to maintain a safe and secure workplace
Procurement and Supply Management: Manage procurement, supply, and disposal of personal property
Improve Productivity and Customer Service: Implement procedures to enhance productivity and customer service within the organization
Supplies and Property Disposal: Acquire, distribute, and store supplies, and oversee the disposal of surplus or unclaimed property
Physical Workplace Coordination: Coordinate the physical workplace with the people and work of the organization to ensure an efficient and functional environment
Qualification
Required
Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
7 years of professional experience in administrative support
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
