Respond to enrollment-related inquiries and provide accurate information on requirements, processes, and policies
Review and assess applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and supporting documentation
Enter, update, and maintain accurate records within internal systems
Guide applicants through enrollment steps and clarify documentation needs
Resolve enrollment-related questions or issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all enrollment activities follow internal guidelines and quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies or delays
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
Prior experience in enrollment, administration, customer service, or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and data
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
