Responsibilities
Manages account creation and account administration on physical and virtual machines
Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves system hardware, software, and networking issues
Conducts virtual machine builds on physical server stacks
Documents and maintains servers, creates monitoring reports and logs, and ensures functionality of systems
Installs and administers Windows and Linux Servers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related professional or associate's degree with 7+ relevant work experience or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
IAT Level II certification required (CompTIA Sec +, etc)
2+ years of experience in a System Administrator role
Experience with virtualization
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Experience with routers, switches, and firewall configuration
Understanding of STIG, SCAP, and RMF requirements
Secret clearance is required
Preferred
Creates GOLD images and server backups with the appropriate OS hardening, leveraging the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Security Content Application Protocol (SCAP) scans
Conducts routing and switching within the enclave, and integration of Firewalls
