New Grad, Entry LevelThe Recreational Group is seeking a Landscape Consultant to serve as the primary contact for customers looking for turnkey surfacing solutions. The role involves estimating, coordinating, and managing residential and commercial projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Sales: Build and grow the Tucson, AZ market for Lanmark Installation. Includes generating sales, selling projects, and building out a network of subcontractors
Data Entry: Utilize company CRM and ERP systems to accurately document project details, customer interactions, and order processing
Project Management: Coordinate material and labor to ensure timely completion of each project
Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance, while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining B2B relationships with other businesses/professionals that would interact with Lanmark as subcontractors, partners, vendors, and/or customers
Financial Accountability: Monitor project costs and margins to deliver financial targets
Reporting: Deliver updates to supervisor regarding projects/sales to ensure alignment with overall company strategy
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations and safety standards, to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong technology skills and ability to learn new software as needed
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, employees, and vendors
Preferred
Knowledge of artificial turf products and installation techniques
