Define and drive the quality strategy for Snowflake-based data platforms and large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines
Build automated data validation frameworks
Implement shift-left testing
Ensure data accuracy and drive performance, reliability, and observability
Work with data engineers and architects to enforce best practices
Mentor QE members
Ensure compliance with data protection standards
Qualification
Required
12-15 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Test Architecture
Deep expertise in data testing, automation architecture, governance, and solving complex data issues
Experience in building automated data validation frameworks
Implementation of shift-left testing
Ensuring data accuracy
Driving performance, reliability, and observability
Collaboration with data engineers and architects
Enforcement of best practices
Mentoring QE members
Ensuring compliance with data protection standards
Strong SQL skills for profiling and validation
Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT
Hands-on experience with Python for automation
Expertise in Snowflake and SQL Server
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of Agile, CI/CD, Soda, Coalesce, and QE processes
