Project Manager I - Water/Wastewater
CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I - Water/Wastewater to join our PMCM Team at a client site in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will manage projects from development to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective communication with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities
Manage projects from development of project proposals through completion
Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact
Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors
Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations
Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan
Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or related field required
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software required
High attention to detail, organizational strength, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to multi-task effectively
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Motivated self-starter who works well independently and supports management
Adaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and collaboration
Preferred
Water/wastewater or municipality utility experience preferred
