Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure proper management of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to streamline purchasing and payment processes
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Conduct reconciliations of accrued accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience with accounts payable, procurement, and financial reconciliations is preferred
