Responsibilities
Execute close activities, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Support AP/AR oversight, cash processes, and operational accounting workflows
Improve documentation, process consistency, and team coordination
Qualification
Required
PE-backed SaaS experience (strong preference), ideally at $100M+ revenue scale
Hands-on operator who can do the work and also run the function
Direct experience with and strong working knowledge of Maxio/SaaSOptics (billing, revenue recognition, and reporting)
Preferred
International operations (multi-entity, FX, local compliance support)
M&A integration (purchase accounting support, consolidation, close integration)
Systems implementation / finance transformation projects (and the PM discipline to drive them)
