Responsibilities
Support the strategy, planning, and scheduling of a large-scale enterprise upgrade, migrating all services from Avaya to a SIP unified communications platform
Develop detailed time and materials estimates for new system implementations and major platform upgrades
Coordinate with vendors, including Local Exchange Carriers (LECs), and internal installation teams to ensure adherence to project schedules and on-time delivery
Provide advanced technical and design support for Avaya Communication Manager, Call Center, and Call Management System (CMS) environments during the transition period
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across both legacy Avaya systems and new SIP/VoIP/Call Center platforms
Monitor and maintain call center performance metrics, leveraging experience with Avaya CMS
Qualification
Required
Experience with Avaya Communication Manager, Call Center, and Call Management System (CMS) environments
Ability to support strategy, planning, and scheduling of large-scale enterprise upgrades
Experience in developing detailed time and materials estimates for system implementations and platform upgrades
Coordination skills with vendors and internal installation teams
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across legacy Avaya systems and new SIP/VoIP/Call Center platforms
Experience in monitoring and maintaining call center performance metrics
