Responsibilities

Build trust and meaningful relationships with key decision makers across Absorb’s highest value customers, ensuring they see us as a long-term strategic partner
Develop and execute strategic account plans that uncover new growth opportunities and drive consistent upsell and cross sell results
Partner closely with internal teams including Leadership, Solutions Engineering, and Account Development to move expansion opportunities from early discovery through closed won
Manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy, taking the right actions at the right time to advance deals and maintain strong forecast health
Collaborate with Support, Product, and Technology teams to become a subject matter expert in Absorb LMS and in the broader learning technology space
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and present pricing options that align to customer goals while supporting Absorb’s ongoing revenue growth
Work hand in hand with Customer Success to identify potential risk, address challenges early, and protect revenue through proactive churn mitigation
Maintain clear and timely documentation using our customer and prospect engagement tools to support visibility, forecasting, and team collaboration
Stay informed on market and competitor trends and share insights that help refine strategy and strengthen Absorb’s position in the learning management landscape

Required

6+ years of experience in technology sales and enterprise client management, leading full-cycle account ownership from retention and optimization to strategic expansion for large global organizations
Experience managing and closing $100k+ deals
Ability to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders within client organizations
Very strong business communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience working with a global client base
Ability to travel for business when required
Strong internal team player

Preferred

Post-secondary degree – business undergraduate degree or MBA
