Civil Engineering Project Manager
KL&A Engineers and Builders is committed to fostering a collaborative culture that encourages innovation. They are seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead and expand their civil engineering team in Northern Colorado while supporting projects throughout Southern Wyoming.

Responsibilities
Review and maintain project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time
Oversee production and prepare comprehensive project documents
Train and mentor junior staff to enhance technical skills and facilitate career growth
Write comprehensive field reports
Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Represent the organization through client interactions and any industry events attended
Engage with clients, contractors, and other industry associates
Demonstrates effective communication through written and verbal skills
Dedication to client-centered service and technical excellence
Effectively run a remote team and engage with the larger organization
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience of Site Development, Civil Construction, Land Surveying, Water Rights, etc
ABET accredited bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Wyoming Licensed PE
Colorado Licensed PE or willing to pursue
Proficient using Civil 3D software for producing plans
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. KL&A is not currently sponsoring visas or in the future
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive
Must be able to walk, stand, and traverse uneven terrain at construction and job sites for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day), including in varying weather conditions
Must be able to conduct occasional full day surveying operations including walking, setting survey stakes, and carrying up to 30 lbs. of equipment
