Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting functions including:
Payroll
Banking
Reconciliations
Job costing support
Cleaning and organizing financial data in QuickBooks and the CRM
Support month-end close and basic financial reporting
Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking
Build and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards, including:
Revenue and bookings
Completion rates
Warranty and call-in tracking
Sales pipeline metrics
Pull and organize data from systems such as:
CRM
QuickBooks
Present clean, accurate reports to ownership, sales, and operations
Assist sales team with:
Lead tracking and follow-up
Proposal and presentation preparation
CRM data management
Execute marketing tasks including:
Scheduling social media posts
Maintaining marketing calendars
Assisting with trade show and promotional materials
Help improve internal systems and workflows
Document processes and create basic SOPs
Serve as a cross-functional support resource for leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field
2+ years experience in operations, accounting, finance, analytics, or business support roles
Strong proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable working with financial and operational data
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
Experience working in small business, startup, or fast-growing environment
Familiarity with CRM systems
Basic understanding of marketing or social media platforms
Business, Finance, Accounting, or Analytics degree a plus
