Senior Paid Social Strategist
EMERGING BLUE is a fast-growing, creative e-commerce brand specializing in thoughtfully designed apparel and lifestyle products. They are seeking an organized, results-driven Senior Paid Social Strategist to oversee and optimize digital advertising creative across multiple paid social platforms.

Responsibilities
Partner with creative and paid media teams to brief and oversee 3–5 new creative concepts per week, resulting in 30–40 total deliverables
Ensure creative concepts align with brand guidelines, performance goals, and platform best practices
Own the paid social content calendar, ensuring campaigns launch on time and are optimized per platform
Create clear, actionable briefs for designers, creators, and copywriters
Design, execute, and track creative testing frameworks
Identify high-performing design and messaging variations
Continuously optimize creative to drive improvements in revenue and performance KPIs
Collaborate with the paid media team to understand audience segments and customer behaviors
Develop creative that speaks directly to defined personas and lifecycle stages
Work closely with paid media, creative, and merchandising teams to align ad calendars with launches, promotions, and inventory levels
Respond quickly to evolving creative needs and business priorities
Collaborate with external creative agencies and partners
Provide creative direction, feedback, and performance insights to ensure a steady flow of diverse creative angles
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Northbeam, and Meta Ads Manager
Translate performance data into clear insights that inform creative strategy and optimization
Stay current on paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging creative strategies
Conduct competitive research to inform testing ideas and creative direction
Make minor graphic edits and assist with asset production using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or advertising with a focus on paid social
Proven experience developing and optimizing paid social creative across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
Strong creative sensibility with a deep understanding of brand voice, messaging, and visual storytelling
Clear command of paid media metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and how to apply them to creative decisions
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
