Vervic Inc is seeking a seasoned financial executive for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who has a strong background in Department of Defense (DoD) contracting and accounting. Lead and manage all financial operations and department staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry best practices
Develop, implement, and continuously refine financial strategies that drive sustainable organizational growth and long-term profitability
Ensure strict compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and accounting standards, as well as other applicable federal guidelines
Oversee financial risk management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to safeguard the organization's financial integrity
Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic insights, recommend financial improvements, and support informed decision-making across the organization

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required
Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly valued

Preferred

An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred
