Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery and solution architecture for customer and partner engagements
Own end-to-end solution design from concept through validation
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, high-performance architectures
Create solution diagrams, reference architectures, demos, and technical documentation
Partner with Business Development on pre-sales discovery, technical validation, and scoping
Provide product and engineering feedback informed by real-world customer use cases
Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
4–7 years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar)
Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with APIs, SDKs, or developer-focused platforms
Ability to design across application, infrastructure, security, and performance layers
Comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
