Responsibilities
Scrape all social media platforms for video ideas
Write creative outlines & scripts for short-form social media content like TikToks, Reels, & YouTube Shorts
Assist with the physical production of shoots to ensure the creative vision comes to life
Use tools like ViewStats, TikTok Studio, and YouTube Studio to understand why things succeed or fail and make adjustments as needed
Maintain several projects at once while effectively managing time and responsibilities
Look for new and interesting ways to improve our content or fill content gaps
Track analytics from all past videos using Google Sheets and identify correlations
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience with creative writing within the digital media space
Stellar writing skills, with a funny, sarcastic, clever voice that will easily adapt itself to the TBNR brand
Excellent research skills
Strong initiative and the ability for creative thinking as it relates to Pop Culture and content production
Ability to deliver content on tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience using Google Suite, Monday.com (or other project management tools), and Slack
