Responsibilities
Sourcing caregiver candidates through job posts and outreach
Interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new caregivers
Managing employee compliance – ensure Illinois Department of Public Health regulatory compliance requirements are met and documented for new caregivers, as well as updated for existing caregivers
Responsible for training caregivers prior to going out in the field
Responsible for termination and exit paperwork
Participates in on-call rotation (evening, weekends & holidays) – answering phone calls and making sure caregivers are clocking into their scheduled shifts
Participates in hands-on field operations (caregiver responsibilities) as needed
Serve in a caregiver role in the event of an understaffed caregiver pool
Qualification
Required
HR/Staffing/Recruiting experience in a healthcare or office setting
Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building skills
Communication (both written and verbal)
Telephone competency
Three years of staffing or HR related experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
Preferred
Associates or bachelor's degree
