The Judge Group is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter I. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, utilizing diverse sourcing strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Sourcing Strategy : Utilize diverse channels (LinkedIn, internal databases, networking) to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates
Hiring Manager Partnership : Consult with leadership to define role requirements and provide market insights/trends
Candidate Advocacy : Act as a consultant to candidates, preparing them for interviews and articulating the culture and value proposition
Data-Driven Decision Making : Use recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, diversity goals, pipeline health) to optimize hiring strategies
Qualification
Required
Approximately 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (either in-house or at a high-growth agency)
Full-cycle recruitment experience
Strong sourcing skills
Ability to partner with hiring managers
Excellent candidate advocacy skills
Data-driven decision-making abilities
Preferred
Experience in a high-growth agency
Familiarity with recruitment metrics
