Human Resources Information System Consultant
Optomi, in partnership with Deloitte, is seeking a Workday Core HCM Functional Consultant to support a large healthcare client following a recent Workday go-live. This consultant will own Core HCM configuration, stabilization, and ongoing enhancements while working closely with business stakeholders and Deloitte’s Workday practice.

Responsibilities
Own post–go-live Workday Core HCM configuration, including business process framework updates, eligibility rules, calculated fields, and organizational structures
Serve as the Core HCM functional SME, advising the business on Workday capabilities and best practices
Partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Support testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing enhancements
Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams in a highly visible, client-facing role
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on Workday Core HCM functional experience
Strong experience owning post–go-live Core HCM configuration (not just implementation or HRIS administration)
Ability to clearly explain what you configured and why
Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week in the Orlando area
Preferred
Consulting or SI background strongly preferred
Workday Core HCM certification preferred (open to strong consultants willing to pursue certification)
