Responsibilities
Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership across key departments including Customer Success, Sales, HR, Product Development, Logistics, and Finance
Serve as the central point of coordination across departments to ensure priorities are aligned and initiatives are executed effectively
Build, refine, and document scalable processes and systems to support continued ecommerce growth
Lead an organization of 10+ associates through 3–5 managers; coach, develop, and hold managers accountable to drive strong execution, ownership, and results
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively solve problems before they impact customers or revenue
Partner with department leaders to set goals, track KPIs, and improve performance and accountability
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and internal team development
Improve cross-functional communication, operating cadence, and execution rhythms
Support financial planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting in partnership with Finance
Ensure logistics and fulfillment operations are efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused
Collaborate with vendor partners to drive execution, hold partners accountable to results, and continuously improve performance
Serve as a trusted operational leader and thought partner to company leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in an operations leadership role, ideally within ecommerce or a high-growth environment
Dynamic, hands-on operator with a demonstrated ability to design, document, and implement scalable processes, systems, and technologies
Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and developing teams across multiple functions
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without micromanaging
Experience supporting or leading multiple departments simultaneously
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
A process-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment
High ownership, accountability, and bias toward action
Preferred
Product development and logistics experience, including working with international vendors, is a strong plus
