Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist clients with home financing, refinancing, or home equity loans
Analyze client financial goals and recommend the best lending solutions
Submit mortgage applications and assist clients in gathering required documentation
Keep clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process
Use multiple technology systems to support clients and referral partners
Follow lending policies and processes to meet guidelines and manage risk
Communicate regularly with clients and business partners via phone, email, and online messaging
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services through referrals
Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of sales and mortgage experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal)
Ability to build positive client relationships and provide proactive service
Skilled in customer service, sales, and handling the full end-to-end loan process
Able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
Adaptable and flexible with changing business needs
Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed
Must register with the SAFE Act federal registry system and maintain good standing (Background Check is Required)
Preferred
Call center experience
Knowledge of loan products (Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, HUD, Government)
Familiarity with underwriting, closing, and federal lending regulations
Ability to analyze credit and financial data to recommend solutions
Strong consultative and problem-solving skills
