Define and evolve the experience that supports product creation: Design end-to-end experiences that help merchants and partners discover trends, gather insights, evaluate opportunities, and make confident decisions—focusing on ways of working, not just systems
Partner deeply with merchandising, brand, and analytics teams: Work side-by-side with merchants, researchers, and data partners to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear direction for product development and brand strategy
Drive concepting, ideation, and prototyping at a strategic level: Lead teams through ambiguity by framing problems, exploring concepts, and rapidly prototyping experiences that test assumptions and clarify direction
Embed research and analytics into decision-making: Guide research strategy, synthesize findings from multiple sources, and ensure insights are actionable, credible, and directly connected to business and member outcomes
Influence without relying on formal authority: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by clearly communicating narratives grounded in insight, aligning diverse perspectives, and driving alignment on what to build and why
Lead and develop design talent: Manage and mentor a Senior UX Designer embedded on the team, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and elevating craft, confidence, and impact
